Group Yoga Classes

Yoga is more than an exercise routine.  It is a complete science of balanced living and a profound, integrative practice to heal your body, mind, and spirit, forging a path to your full potential.

  • Spiritually, it builds awareness of your body, your thoughts, the world around you, and the needs of others.  It promotes a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.  It helps you experience a deeper connection to self and spirit on and off the mat. 

 

Types of Group Yoga Classes Offered:

Marilea custom designs group yoga classes based on the needs of the group. Examples of the types of classes that will help to transform your Wellth include: Yoga for Back-fit, Balance-fit, BoneBody-fit, Golf-fit, Immune-fit, MindBody-fit, and any possibility that will meet your group's goal.

​

Cost: CDN $75 (minimum for group) per one-hour group session.

 

Location: Small Group Sessions are available in-person at a pre-arranged location (residential, studio, or commercial office space). 

 

Duration: Yoga sessions are typically offered in a series format from 4 – 8 weeks.
