Wellness + Health = Wellth!

“Ninety-five percent of chronic illness (e.g. heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s, metabolic syndrome, obesity, autoimmune disorders, asthma, arthritis) is related to stress and inflammation, and is potentially preventable and reversible.”  Dr. Deepak Chopra

Lifestyles today are often filled with stress and uncertainty causing us to shift out of balance and creating physical challenges and emotional turbulence that impacts our lives at home, at work, and at play.  We may find ourselves in troubled relationships, or experiencing non-nourishing practices of eating, sleeping, and digestion.

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old healing system founded in ancient India.  Ayurveda, meaning the “science of life” in Sanskrit, offers a proven guide for a life of happiness and vitality.  The Chopra Ayurveda Lifestyle Program teaches you to bring balance and healing into your life.  You will learn a powerful regimen of Ayurvedic daily practices that can help prevent disease through balancing the body and mind, enhancing nutrition, reducing emotional turbulence, and using your five senses to access your body’s inner pathways to health and healing.

Benefits of the Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program Include:

  • Reduced stress

  • Recognizing and identifying your mind-body type

"Even though I was already unknowingly following some of the daily Ayurveda practices, I now have a deeper understanding of how and why these and other practices support my mind and body.  I recently started adding herbs and spices into my diet and using essential oils recommended for my mind-body type and have noticed a renewed sense of energy and vitality."
